Hello, my name is Abel Collins. I am a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, and I have over 7 years of experience as an engineer working in DevOps, security, automation, and more. My passion has always been technology, and I love helping others learn about their new devices.
For as long as I can remember, I have been the go to person that family and friends call to help learn, navigate, or set up new technology. I am always the go to because of my extensive knowledge base on tech, as well as my gentle and patient demeanor when it comes to teaching.
Setting up or learning new tech can be challenging and sometimes frustrating. Staying calm and helping others stay calm is what I do best, whether we are fixing a home printer, setting up a phone or Smart TV, or just figuring out a new app together at your kitchen table. Because my background is in cybersecurity, I also make sure your personal accounts, passwords, and family photos stay completely safe while we get everything working the way it should.
